A Great Decision

Abel Gonzalez Veranes has been a part of Epilepsy Alliance Florida since 2014. He was referred by a friend after losing his Medicaid and no longer having access to medical attention for his epilepsy. He decided to give Epilepsy Alliance Florida a try and has been grateful for his decision ever since. Joining Epilepsy Alliance Florida gave him access to the medical attention he needed to continue treatment for his epilepsy. Able has participated in our Walks in the past and this allowed him to meet new people who are facing the same challenges as him. Epilepsy Alliance Florida has brought people who Abel can rely on, he feels supported by all our staff and doctors who work with the organization. Able has recently obtained insurance again and has had a smooth transition with the help of his caseworker. Able is grateful for the attention he continues to receive from Epilepsy Alliance Florida.
